This is a cool little ski resort up on top of Lookout Pass that gets A TON of snow every year!

The coolest thing about this place wasn't mentioned in the description: half of it is in Montana, and half is in Idaho. That's right, this ski resort is right on the state border and is also on the line separating the Mountain and Pacific time zones. The resort is technically on Pacific time, so bear that in mind if driving from Montana.

Also, I've heard that Lookout Pass offers incredible backcountry access.

If you're in the area, I definitely recommend it!
