Steamboat Ski Resort has trails spanning over 7 peaks, spanning 2,965 acres of skiable terrain. The highest summit elevation is 10,568 feet and the skiers and snowboarders experience a vertical rise of 3,668 feet.

Steamboat boasts 165 trails, the longest of which is over 3 miles long. The trails receive 349 inches of snowfall a year and are rated 14% beginner, 42% intermediate, and 44% advanced. 18 lifts service the trails at an uphill capacity of 41,465 people per hour. Trails include Twighlight, Flying Z, and Rolex.

Great terrain, first class resort. Excellent food and fun town. Vacation here!
Powder heaven. Utah powder isn't drier than this.

Steamboat will always be one of my favorites because it was the first resort out west that I went to (Ohio native). A dozen trips later and I'm convinced it has the best snow I can think of. Glades, powder fields, steeps...what else could you ask for.
