Description
Squaw Valley has over 4,000 skiable acres of terrain spanning across multiple peaks with a highest summit elevation of 9,050 feet. Skiers and snowboarders experience 2,850 feet of vertical rise in an area that receives an average of 450 inches of natural snowfall a year.
Squaw Valley boasts over 170 trails and 16 bowls. The terrain is rated 25% beginner, 45% intermediate, and 30% advanced. Snowmaking supplements 600 acres of the skiable terrain. The longest trail is 3.2 miles long. 33 lifts service the mountain with an uphill capacity of 49,000 people per hour.
