With a summit of 8,637 feet and a base of 6,835 feet and average annual snowfall of 495 inches, Alpine Meadows has plenty to offer for all skill levels.
Alpine Meadows has 100 designated runs on 2,400 patrolled acres of skiable terrain. The resort offers runs for all skill levels: 25% easier, 40% more difficult, and 35% more difficult/expert. The runs are accessed by 13 lifts, including one high-speed six-person chair, two high-speed quads, three triples, 5 doubles, and two surface lifts.
Popular runs at Alpine Meadows include Alpine Bowl, Pallisades, Nick's Run, and Return Road. Alpine Meadows also has two Terrain Parks, one of which is designed for children.
